Face & Neck:

Add 4 spoons of salt to 100 ml of steaming device container, after you finish steaming let the salt until it dries for 15 m, then rinse it with warm water.

Body Bath:

Add the whole amount of salt to 150 liters of warm water without soap, then relax in it for 30 m, then complete your shower with warm water.

Feet Wash:

Add 150 g of salt to 1 liter of warm water, put your feet in the water for 30 m, then rinse the feet with water.
